And while everything proceeds, only wisdom can guide man’s hand as he cultivates the vineyard, so that it will yield up Corte del Lupo Rosso ( Court of the Red Wolf ), a wine with character, pleasant and convivial.

The fruit of nature’s elements, Corte del Lupo Rosso is the expression of patience and skilled work, the incarnation of the philosophy and style of Ca’ del Bosco. Corte del Lupo Rosso rediscovers the local red varietals, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère, to combine the strength of the Wolf and the wisdom of man.

Blend: 35% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon 

Upon organoleptic examination, it appears with an intense ruby red colour tending to garnet, with aging.

The scent is complex and strong are the scents, ranging from aromas of ripe red fruit to herbaceous and spicy nuances.

The taste on the palate is medium-bodied and balanced, with persistence which is confirmed to be predominantly fruity.
