Nicknamed "Bolly" by the English, the timeless and legendary Maison de Champagne Bollinger is part of the small circle of illustrious Champagne references beyond the borders. The style of Bollinger champagne is defined by the exemplary precision brought to every moment of the production. Respect for traditions, hand-riddling of bottles, corking of reserve magnums, last cooper in residence in the region, this taste for excellence symbolizes the entire culture of Bollinger champagne since its creation in 1829 in Aÿ. More than an art, it is a heritage.

Pinot noir (61%) Chardonnay (39%). Bollinger's Grande Année is only produced in exceptional vintages where the balance of the berries is perfect. The vinification is carried out exclusively in small old barrels and the maturation in the darkness of the Maison Bollinger cellars lasts twice as long as the rules of the appellation.

Dress
The dress reveals a beautiful golden hue. The effervescence is fine and delicate.

Nose
The nose reveals an aromatic palette of beautiful complexity. While it opens with fragrances of cherry, lemon, quince and bergamot, the bouquet mixes, over the course of aeration, a subtle iodized note with aromas of hazelnut, almond, mirabelle plum and peach.

Palate
Fine and expressive, the palate seduces with its subtle acidity, its delicate texture as well as its airy touch. The palate stretches with intensity until a finish whose salinity gives an exquisite length combined with aromas of orchard fruits and citrus fruits.
