Since 2009, the House has been committed to converting part of its vineyards to Organic Agriculture. In 2016, the P181 cuvée was born.

The registered plot ZE 181, located in the heart of the commune of Verneuil, represents 7 of these 9 hectares in the final blend. The vines are grown on south-facing slopes along the Marne river. It gives its name to this emblematic cuvée.

The "Parcelle 181" cuvée combines both balance and freshness. Dosed in Extra Brut, it reveals all its aromatic potential thanks to a first fermentation of the Chardonnay grape varieties in oak barrels.

To the eye, an elegant pale gold hue.  To the nose, fruit aromas such as nectarine and mandarin, pastry notes reminding of mirabelle plum pie. Beautiful tonicity and remarkable elegance.  On the palate, a great balance is characterized by a great freshness of candied mandarin notes.
