The 2012 Celebris vintage is the exceptional vintage of Maison Gosset, whose 2012 harvest expresses all this potential. This 2012 vintage is only the 9th edition of the Celebris vintage in the last 35 years.

It is a champagne that combines 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. Grapes from the most beautiful terroirs of Champagne.

The wines are vinified and aged in stainless steel vats, while blocking malolactic fermentation, in order to allow the aromas to express themselves fully, but also to obtain great aging potential.

Once the wine is bottled, the bottles are taken down to the cellar where they develop their aromas for 10 years. This champagne is lightly dosed at 5.5 g/L to maintain the balance between freshness, fruitiness and vinosity without masking the character of the wine and its purity.

This is a vintage that has a bright, golden color with fine crystalline bubbles.

The nose is marked by the freshness of pear and citrus notes, including sweet orange and grapefruit. Then it opens with gourmet aromas of pear and almond tart.

On the palate the wine is structured and offers depth, between tension and beautiful density. The attack opens with citrus fruits and vanilla flowers, then evolves towards aromas of gooseberry, raspberry, red cherry with yellow flesh
