The Roux family's wine-growing adventure began in 1943 when Marcel Roux decided to take over the 4 hectares of vines from his father Fernand and devote himself to wine. In 1975, when his eldest son Christian arrived, the vineyard area was already 30 hectares. Christian was then joined by his brothers, Régis in 1980 and Emmanuel in 1995.
It is in Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise that the 65 hectares of vines of the family estate extend.
Exquisite perfume, richness, structure and a great finish. Its many aromas are both delicate and appealing.
The highly complex aroma produces raspberry and kirsch perfumes with woody notes and hints of truffle and mushrooms. Strong notes of musk, which develop into discrete and elegant gamey undertones.
