Clos de Tart is one of the most prestigious Grands crus of Burgundy. Located in Morey-Saint-Denis in Côte de Nuits, this 7.5-hectare vineyard is a monopoly belonging to Maison Mommesin. 

The Clos de Tart has never been divided since its creation, which dates from the twelfth century. The terroir from which Pinot Noir benefits makes it possible to produce unparalleled wines. Optimal exposure, and perfect clay-limestone soils, contribute to the success of this great wine from Côte de Nuits. 

Nose The aromatic bouquet expresses a wonderful complexity carried by the expression of fresh red fruits such as raspberry and cherry mixed with that of blackberries. Charming floral notes harmonize with spicy touches such as licorice.  

Stuffy Clos de Tart Grand cru Monopole 2013 embodies a great Burgundy wine with tremendous concentration and incredible elegance. Its silky character extends into the finish which offers a most pleasant length in the mouth.
