A blend of around 60% Pinot noir and 40% Chardonnay

Dress intense and brilliant golden color, resplendent with light and endowed with a fine effervescence.

Nose The aromatic bouquet is characterized by its intensity, both very fragrant and of great purity. Citrus fruits blend delicately with touches of toasted almonds, thus offering a feeling of generosity and ripeness of the fruit. Fresh and tangy notes bring energy and finesse to the whole.

Bouche mixes fruity aromas and a silky texture in a soft effervescence. The expression carried by the perfection of the ripe yellow fruit combines elegance and a saline freshness. The sappy and spicy structure extends into a long, saline and refined finish.
