The name of the Domaine de Chevalier would be linked, without anyone knowing exactly why, to the presence of the very old road to Saint Jacques de Compostela which still borders the property.

Grapes, 70 % Sauvignon blanc  30 % Semillon.

Domaine de Chevalier Blanc first offers an intense, fresh and refined nose of vine peach, acacia flower and honeysuckle mixed with mineral and smoky notes (quartz, silica).

Then, the mouth is delicately unctuous and rich despite a nice acid tension. Finally, we notice an exquisite concentration, energy and radiance of the crunchy taste of fruit. Grand Final.
