Louis Jadot, a great Burgundy House founded in 1859, is now managed by the talented duo Pierre-Henry Gagey, who presides over commercial destinies, and Jacques Lardière, an oenologist gifted with brilliant intuition. This tandem has raised Louis Jadot wines to the top of the most prestigious appellations in Burgundy. Maison Louis Jadot now controls 150 hectares of vineyards in Burgundy, including 70 hectares in Côte d'Or, all in the most prestigious appellations such as, in particular, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet, Pommard, Gevrey-Chambertin, Meursault.

Relatively expressive wine from its earliest youth. It benefits from being served at a good temperature (12°). It will be the ideal companion for seafood, mixed salads, and grilled fish. It is also suitable for fresh goat's cheese.
