Each bottle of Gin Mare is made at the distillery, a thirteenth-century chapel located in an ancient fishing village between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada. Gin Mare is made using traditional Mediterranean rhythms and techniques, with the sole intention of creating a truly Mediterranean gin. All of this is achieved through a delicate maceration process, the independent distillation of each botanical ingredient and the unmatched experience of the master craftsman.

Fragrant, aromatic nose, with subtle aniseed, crushed juniper berries and lemon peel. Background herbal notes with a hint of black olive. Savory, not sweet. Rich, succulent black olives, then a wave of aromatic herbs, with thyme and rosemary to the fore plus a little lemon for freshness. Soft, smooth texture; well balanced. Juicy, with soft aniseed notes and a touch of lemon peel. Savory and refreshing.
