The Louis Roederer Brut Nature 2015 Philippe Starck cuvée, the fourth opus of the collaboration between the Champagne House and the famous designer, is offered a spectacular new vintage. Continental and sunny, the 2015 vintage offers explosive sap, magnificent concentration and great depth, playing on the codes of maturation with refinement.

To the eye Dynamic and regular effervescence.

On the nose The bouquet is pure, slender, vertical, rich and concentrated. It evokes ripe but very fine aromas: fine and delicate citrus zest (lemon, orange), vanilla (Madagascar bourbon vanilla) and warmer nuances of baked apple, tatin which gradually open up towards nougat.

In the mouth The palate offers a marked and singular contrast, at once very expressionist through the broad, juicy, almost sensual texture of the Cumières clays in a solar year and resolutely minimalist thanks to a true line of pure, mineral and salivating freshness linked to the zero dosage. The ripe citrus fruits mingle with the warm pebbles, further supporting this salivating and umami side. The finish is energetic, light and ethereal.
