The terroir where the Nuits-Saint Georges appellation is located is characterized by limestone hills with a thick layer of stony gravel, which give the Pinot Noir pleasure, refinement and a pleasant taste and olfactory bouquet. After the manual harvest, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel; the second fermentation takes place in oak barrels. This step is followed by aging in barrels for about seven months.

Bright ruby ​​red color, on the nose there are aromas of cherries, currants, cassis, hints of undergrowth and spices.

In the mouth, it is round, and structured, with smooth tannins.
