In 1871, the Nicolas family acquired La Conseillante, whose surface area and vineyard plots have remained the same since that time, which is a unique achievement. In 1960, Louis Nicolas’ heirs formed the Société Civile des Héritiers Nicolas company. 

Blend: 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc

The 2011 vintage offers a lovely nose with notes of black fruits, spice and pepper.

Its mouth is lively, round and supple. It presents a beautiful freshness and silky tannins. It is particularly fruity and even floral with a hint of almond on the finish. It is a particularly elegant fine wine.
