Les Pagodes de Cos is the second wine of Cos d’Estournel. It is in reference to the two Pagodas that make up the Castle that this wine has found its name. A 100% gravity chai to preserve the quintessence of the fruit. Les Pagodes de Cos is elaborated with the same care as the first wine: no pump is used during winemaking.

Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, fragrant nose of florals and earthy notions over a core of warm black fruits, red currants and cherry cordial plus a waft of sautéed herbs. 

The palate is spicy, with good straightforwardness with fine-grained and coated tannins.
